I often joke that while food, water, and air keep me alive… what I truly run on is meaningful connection. Nothing energizes me more than a real conversation, an unexpected insight, or simply meeting someone with a curious mind and an interesting journey.
 

I’ve been lucky in life—surrounded by friends and colleagues who are some of the sharpest, most thoughtful people I’ve ever known. And I’ve learned that the greatest gift any of us can offer each other is our time, attention, and honest conversation.
